Working in the World of Radio I'm constantly having lunch meetings to go over records, etc. Today I had lunch with my friend Dontay, VP Promo of Bad Boy Ent @ Bondi (Australian Restaurant / Gaslamp) to discuss artists like Gorilla Zoe, Day 26, Cassie, and hello DIDDY !!!! A Family Affair - Mos Def Concert

Sunday Night - 05/17/09

It was a family affair at the Mos Def Concert in San Diego at the Belly Up Tavern. My cousin Lyonel was visiting from New York and it was nice to have him staying at the house with us. Nadege and Lyonel are sister and brother if you can't tell. We had so much fun at the Mos Def Concert & Our Favorite was freestyle rapper Supernatural.... He was so entertaining and he said it best "I'm the freestyle KING!" I second that Supernatural !!!!

My cousin Nadege and I drove up to Irvine Spectrum to celebrate our dear friend Marta's 30th Bday with dinner at Javier's Restaurant. Javier's is one of my favorite Mexican food spots. We themed the dinner "30 is the new 20." We can thank Jay-z for that line. We had fun catching up and sharing some good laughs. The waiters came out and sang Happy Birthday in Spanish and brought out flan with a candle on top. Happy Birthday Marta
